Role Summary
TESIM Electric is seeking a Accounts Receivable Clerk – Entry Level to support customer billing, payment posting, and accurate receivable records. TESIM is growing its commercial electrical business and building its data-center and mission-critical pipeline across Texas. Electrical construction experience is not required. We value dependable people who communicate clearly, learn quickly, and take pride in accurate work.
What You’ll Do
• Prepare routine billing support and enter customer invoice information.
• Post payments and maintain current customer and project records.
• Follow up professionally on missing documents or account questions.
• Assist with aging reports, reconciliations, and month-end tasks.
What You Bring
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of billing, bookkeeping, customer service, office, or cash-handling experience.
• Basic Excel, email, and data-entry skills.
• Professional communication and attention to detail.

Accurate work, responsive communication, dependable attendance, organized records, respectful teamwork, and consistent follow-through.
