About the Role
TESIM Electric is hiring a General Foreman for hyperscale data-center work. You'll run the crew day-to-day under the Superintendent — dispatching foremen, keeping installations on schedule, and holding the line on quality and safety at the level GCs expect on mission-critical jobs.
What You'll Own
- Daily crew deployment across multiple foremen and work areas.
- Direct execution of complex commercial electrical installations.
- Toolbox talks, safety enforcement, and coach-up of foremen.
- Escalation to the Superintendent when the schedule or scope needs to shift.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of commercial electrical experience, including 2+ leading crews.
- Working knowledge of NEC and Texas electrical code.
- Ability to read drawings and specifications and execute installations to plan.
- OSHA 10 or 30.
Preferred Experience
- Direct data-center or mission-critical field experience.
- Journeyman or Master electrician license.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Compensation
$46–$67/hr DOE. Health, dental, vision. Overtime opportunities. Paid holidays.
