What You'll Do
- Support Journeymen and Masters on commercial electrical installations.
- Learn tools, materials, methods, and NEC on real jobs — not just in a classroom.
- Bend conduit, pull cable, terminate, and troubleshoot under supervision.
- Keep the jobsite safe, clean, and organized.
- Advance toward Journeyman with a clear scoreboard for every year of the apprenticeship.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in or eligible for a state-registered electrical apprenticeship program.
- Reliable, coachable, and safety-conscious.
- Willing to learn NEC, tools, and jobsite conduct.
- Ability to be on jobsite on time, every day.
Preferred Experience
- Any prior commercial construction experience.
- Basic hand-tool proficiency.
- OSHA 10.
Compensation
$21–$32/hr DOE by apprenticeship year. Top-of-market pay for the best trainees in Texas.
